What do I think? as a service provider  /  seller you are the one who needs to state the timeframe needed to complete the job. You can't just say ''I will do it, when I can'' and expect the buyer to wait patiently.

 

Tell me when you're going to be able to start it, and we will set a proper deadline based on the start date. 

I will update this when i start the order, then let the customer know the estimated arrival date.

again no timeframe ! its been 15 days . And its evident from his conversations that he is so pissed that he will make me wait 5 months for it . I dont want to deal with you mate sorry . Refund me and go away that's it . Iam done talking to a kid and a retard who thinks he can do anything he wants and then  makes up lame excuses for not doing what was asked .
