What do you think a reasonable timeframe is?
What do I think? as a service provider / seller you are the one who needs to state the timeframe needed to complete the job. You can't just say ''I will do it, when I can'' and expect the buyer to wait patiently.
Tell me when you're going to be able to start it, and we will set a proper deadline based on the start date.

No, what I said is to give your customer an aproximate date of starting and processing the SE, tell him WHEN you will start so he doesn't wait forever.
