You could try this: https://www.avg.com/...ve-win32-neshta . From the virustotal and a bit of looking up detected viruses I think it is a virus called Neshta which infects executable files. Imo, you should use something called TronScript. It'll clear nearly all infected files and un-needed system files, It also optimizes your system. Go here and check the instructions and download it: https://old.reddit.com/r/TronScript/ . It may take a while but it is the best way to not only remove this virus, but any others that may be there.

Do you mind linking me to somewhere where they did that if possible? But, for me at least, PIA is way better than NordVPN.

Nord is shit. Use Private Internet Access. It's been proven in court twice they don't log. Or, just run Brave browser and it has a built in option to open private tor windows. Or if you're chinese I'd recommend looking up shadowsocks.

What's your ISP. And I'd recommend changing your DNS servers too, don't use your ISP's. 1.1.1.1 is alright but I use OpenNIC DNS.
