By stating you will never lose the games you are giving a guarantee, when broken, this means you are breaking what your own TOS say. What exactly does it mean, in your opinion, when a seller says ''you will never lose the games if you follow my pdf''?  When a buyer follows it, the only thing he can expect is to never lose access to the games. This is the literal meaning of your own TOS. lol

some times the real owner can contact nintendo and they will restore the primary access from the account and lose the games, and this is a RARE case

@Mordex1 I dont know who this guy osama is but he causes too many problems. Next time you let him handle something like this and he causes a scam report, you will keep the DWC for good. Resolve this within 12 hours.

Additional Information:

I bought the account a month ago and suddenly it stopped working. The seller, despite his claims that the account is lifetime refuses to help me get it back and says that I haven't followed the guide, even though I 100% did all of what he asked.

The seller claims that the owner can't take back the account, but he did (the password still works, but my console is no longer the primary console and I can't play the games on my own account). He even goes as far as to advertise that multiple accounts can be primary, but below is a screenshot from my Switch that proves it wrong).

Edit: Fixed the second transaction link, i accidentally copy-pasted the same link twice. Also fixed the price to include eth tx fees.

3. A screenshot of the error please.

For Customers:
1. Check if the login is working on https://accounts.nintendo.com/ and make a Screenshot.
2. Provide me with the ID of Account you paid for. In detail, if this is allready the second replacement for an Account, don't send the ID of the first replacement but the ID
of the Account your customer Paid for originally.
3. A Screenshot of the error please.
4. Full Account Details.

You are only egliable for Warranty if reported to me during Warranty time??


the warranty was 3 days for account, u bought account before months so i can't give a full lifetime warranty on this i'm sorry boss :'(
