Additional Information: I have purchased Crunchyroll premium from Mordex in last year. The thread states "warranty : until method ends.". I have been told to dispute the PP payment so he would receive the money instantly. The account worked around 2 months or less and then my premium has been revoked, since then I tried to contact Mordex for a replacement of the purchased service. Sadly I have been ignored most of the time for 2 months straight. I would like to receive the product I purchased or a refund.

Last message from you on 8th of February was that "please be patient we don't havestock atm when we restock we will tell u"..

2 weeks later the method "stops working" and you don't even inform me nor any of the previous customers on the service thread? The other sellers on here are still offering the upgrade without any issues, so you not having the supply doesn't mean the method stopped working. 

 

I can take back 80% refund as Lucas said, since I have been trying to contact you for 2 months, even created a ticket in your Discord group, which got closed by you without any REPLY..

But isn't it pointless now to upgrade my crunchyroll account, If you stated that you are closing your service? (quoting - "unfortunately, the method stopped working, which means the warranty ended.")

That would mean that If it stops working again and my premium gets revoked (again) in let's say a week I won't be eligible for a replacement anymore..

 

I would just take a refund of the 80% I paid at this point and buy from someone else and still have a warranty for the purchased service.

I didn't buy something with a warranty for it to work just 2 months and then wait 2 months for a replacement, which I wouldn't even get, If I didn't even open a scam report.

I don't see how a limitation on your end would be his responsibility. I assume you had more than enough time to withdraw his payment amongst others.
