What do you want me to ask? He can't prove the lack of calls, on the other hand you can prove you did add his numbers to a spam list (s) or something like that. It's easier to prove you did something rather than ask the buyer to prove he didn't get what you allegedly did.

How am i meant to get proof some random person is or in this case isn't getting shit calls? should i ask where they live and stand outside and log the number of times the phone rings?

i think the proof should come from you guys that it's actually doing something, if its a random number, whats to stop you saying it's done and the buyer is none the wiser?

The only reason i know it's not done anything is all the numbers i gave to you, the people that ordered the shit calls, know these people personally, work colleagues, bosses ect. 

 

I've sent a complete copy of the ticket to Lucas so he can see how many times I've had to ask if anything was going on, even the last week where you guys vanished  before i actually told you the scam report was going up.
