I don't really understand what you're saying but this doesn't have anything to do with my paypal balance. The dispute you opened is now being reviewed by paypal and I won't refund until that is done being reviewed because neither of us have any power over the dispute currently.

That's not how disputes work. If you refund him, the dispute gets closed and the transaction is crossed out. 
Seeing as you clearly haven't done any progress, I'll give you 24 hours from now to get proof of your statements.

Payment was under revision because PayPal has to verify if his bank account accept the transfer of the money... but he canceled the trasaction after 2 days....
