First this is the wrong section, now to answer your question, Blockchain.info has been smooth since always. Also Myetherwallet is pretty good (those are wich i personally use and recommend).

As for hardware wallet im using Ledger Nano S highly recommended if you're sitting on +2 BTC already. 

All my exchanges i do it with ShapeShift BUT with main website, not the Blockchain addon.

I think Its not nice to Open a Disputes on this guy in row but allow him 1-2 more weeks maybe to complete the order or ask him to refund at least 50% and you pay the rest 50% once he ship it out

 

And yes ofcourse members who bought after seeing so many scam reports on him are making new scam reports on alexy cause you getting nervous thinking you have got scammed by him

 

as a customer of alexy my order was late too and he refunded i dont think he has intention of scamming anyone but he has so many orders and he got less time to answer customers and do orders 

thats why this dude takes years to reply

I was about to post the same thing, as far as i know, all the scams report openned before has been solved in alex favour, so, he's not scamming, HIS BUYERS do not know the fact that he actually takes a LOT of time to answer and to finally achieve the SE for the product.. That's something that needs to be advised on the thread or as @TomCruise is saying, paying somebody to support all those nervous kids who can't deal with being -$100 2 weeks.
