He first told me that it will start at 8pm (my time) and then told me that it would take a few hours. I told him I'll wait 6 hours before I need to refund and after that I was told to wait a whole day. I can't wait any longer because I'll need to refund my customer now. VBucks are useless to me now and he's still insisting on sending the vbucks.
