It relies on IPs that by chance are able to register on roblox without a captcha and works best from what I'm aware with free/shared proxies.
This makes it absolutely free to use
There is an option to replace the proxyscrape API with your own URL (must return a proxy list in GET method) and you can use your own proxies as well if you'd like.
Webshare works well with this method (I strongly recommended using it)
Programmed in golang, threads are lightweight so you can be a bit more generous.
