Hello @Lucas thanks for reading, so what happend is he hired me to ban an instagram account for him and he told me he'll pay me 20$ as soon as its banned 

here i clearly told him ban will be in a few days and he agreed

accont was banned after 4 days and i sent him all proof 

here he is saying that he paid someone else to do it in 2 min and he won't pay me
