It took around 20 days to refund, this is a start for me.

It's a matter of differentiating refferal and promo codes, 2 completely different things. He is to deliver what he is selling, not something that grants simmiliar or even the same results if that's not what the customer asked for. As for the vouch from Berb, i don't see how that changes anything. Vouches aren't like a get out of jail free cards from monopoly, they are there as a proof that the item that you're selling actually works. And as i said before, the ToS bullshit doesn't work on nulled due to another scammer who used exactly the same thing to avoid a ban for 3 scam reports after which he got banned. The terms of service are universal on nulled, if you get the item that you didn't ask for then you are to get a refund, if you buy and it doesnt work then you are to get a refund. What's next? "Buy my ebook on how to make 50$ daily, tos: i will not refund you after it doesn't work"?

Then again, it's up to the Mod..
