I suspect you are buying your own family plan and selling slots in it.

How do you have 5 available slots but all of them are for 1 account with the same address?

I purchased 2 codes and renewed one, but they were all the same even 1 month later. 

Seems like i got removed from the plan on 2 accounts and now conveniently they are not paying for family anymore.

Why would someone who owns it remove accounts and not change the password?

I would stay away from this until there's more than UK slots.
