As the title says - this tool is desgined to hunt for vulnerabilities and allows you to exploit it directly via their software.
It uses google API and it's very fast and efficient for less than 400kb - released long time ago but works till this day.
Sent to me by the author itself and my personal favorite one for the purpose!
