Ok, so in the image you provided on the ticket, it's just the paypal. We don't replace for paypal since that is very difficult to hit. So please send me a screenshot of it not working on amazon. (Please send the full order details with the reload amount and card info included). You can send over PM or make new ticket with this thread linked and the image of the failed reload.

can't seem to log into any account or create new or reset password; never received anything, fund has been cleared via multiple confirmations on blockchain.

Log into your account and go to view orders and you should be able to see your account.
