So, you have your Steam Account still on Pesos, Lira or Real and cant recharge new money onto your Steam account because of the new Rules? Here is a simple way to bypass this rule and still recharge with just 15% money loss (that arent even that much of a problem bcs w/ BRL/TRY/ARS$ Games are just much cheaper).
