i asked in this thread for one just refund me and we are don here i dont want to wait for your stock to get backup i have lifetime warranty and ignoring 4 days and make a scam report to get any support just to wait 2 weeks to get a replacement isnt a real support
At the time I demanded a refund or a replacement your servers where up and running and you ignored me and since you never posted anywhere that you had an issue with anything it should be fine
It doesn’t change anything on this situation you didn’t make an official post for your customers or did respond to me that you have difficulties so there is no point in referring to this on your website
1. You never asked for a refund.
2. Why would I make an official post when we haven't shut down yet. We are having difficulties restocking atm. The stock is low and we will get it back soon just relax
