Short Description Of Product/Service: Purchased x1 CraveTV Total on March 02nd (Saturday) and got a non-working account.
Purchased a x1 Scribd on Feb 19th (Monday) and got non working account.
Waiting for replacement for CraveTV since 04 days and a refund for Scribd for over 20 days now.

Additional Information: I purchased x1 CraveTV Total on 02nd March & x1 Scribd on Feb 19th through his Shoppy. The accounts I got do not work.
For CraveTV, Seller said it is since I use a VPN, the account got flagged. It was told before purchase or not even mentioned in his Shoppy terms.

I asked him atleast if he can send a pic from inside the account that it works and has the Promised Subscription, but he never addressed the Concern and keeps blaming me.
Also purchased a Scribd way back on Feb 19th and till now, he has not offered me the Refund (cos Scirbd does not work anymore and he has hold the product from his Shop after I made the Purchase and got a non working account)

The problem is him, his attitude and the way he treats Customers and a Service as worse as Trash. Yet, says he is 'no cyborg' and can't help even on Weekends as per his below message:
Apparently, he is not happy about the performance of his Shop and Support, when HE himself is the problem:
And has time to post on his Channel about Stocks, Restocks etc, but no time to fix an account or willing to complete a Refund since 20 days.
