I've never social enginereed any products before, and want to try it out with a recent product that I just bought from amazon.com

It was a $148 1 TB seagate ssd, and I was thinking of just filing a DNA claim.  My amazon account is in great standing as I've had it for years and never refunded anything.

The package arrived just 2 days ago, so I should contact amazon soon saying that I waited a few days and it still isn't here.

It arrived in the mailbox delivered by USPS, would that cause concern for customer service?  Also how often do they open full on investigations, because I don't want USPS to come to my door.
