He then proceeded to neg rep me for "trashing business" as he did with everyone else who said anything remotely negative about how he has a insane amount of neg reps and is a garbage person.

Hello! I have a program to automatically send messages in discord channels, though I want to make it have a cooldown between 20-60 seconds per message. It already has a option to do a set time in between each message, but I would want it to be random (20-60 sec) for each message. Its a .json config file and I believe its a python program? But I really have no idea what im talking about. Im a complete noob.
