Was this standard warranty or AR? Congrats bro

Doesn't work anymore

I just got a few questions about Microsoft SE.
 
I did it the first time saying the battery swelled (found pics online then photoshopped the backgound, etc) and got the stage where they said they just need the receipt.
 
I sent it an Amazon one and they said the device with that SN wasn't sold by third party retailer and therefore its fake. Fine.
 
Then I tried it again with different account, new pictures, serial, etc. I even found a serial on ebay with the receipt (order number, date, all of it). I modified a pdf Amazon receipt with the details from ebay then sent it to MS.
 
They said the same thing again! They said the device was for commercial use.   I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
 
Has anyone successfully SE's Microsoft and got any tips?

Using the wrong excuse and for me it didn't work. Different method for MS works though

Short situation update.
Microsoft has found my FTID and now wants
- proof of purchase
- Picture of the charger with a paper and my Order No.
- Proof of UPS pickup
The 3 things mentioned above would not be a problem, but I'll get out anyway. I am too unsure
