Er, I looked at my post again and realized I worded it poorly. I meant that It does those things when inside a VM, so the application will run normally outside the VM. You were correct in your original post.

Anti sandboxie and anti VM are the same thing basically. If you have it binded to a regular application it will just run that application and not the virus, or it wont run at all if you don't have it binded to anything. So you were correct.
