Should i use eb or dna for a walmart refund? i have an aged account with no prior refunds and this is a small item i am refunding with a 500+ value. any input is appreciated

Title any info is helpful! Alot of companies i've used EB on lately are saying the package was weighed in upon delivery and are just completely shutting me down. Is eb dead?
