You can update your game to the latest version whenever by rerunning the commands above with new manifests.

To run the game, you'll either need to patch the Steam check out of your client.dll (recommended, but advanced), or run the game in something like Goldberg Emulator https://mr_goldberg.gitlab.io/goldberg_emulator/. Beyond that, it's just a matter of running game/bin/win64/cs2.exe.

After you have the game working, tools can be run from game/bin/win64/csgocfg.exe. You will probably want to launch it with -steam -retail -gpuraytracing -vulkan params to match Steam's launch behaviour.
