Plus, customer service 24/24 is the best way can makes customer feel satisfied your service. From that, customers are easier to leave a positive feedback. Getting immediately help is always the way that customers appreciate.
        Number two: your store wrong?

Did you see this case on your store? Certainly, you met so many. So how to solve it?
Everyday, I often check my orders and when I realized something wrong like that, I emailed immediately  to my customers to convince them reorder or send the amount to my PayPal account. Eventhough, most of them didn’t get back to me, there are still a few people that try once again. Yeah, it’s amazing, you have one more opportunity to get more money, right? Don’t give up every single chance ^^!!
       Number three:How to reach your customers the most effective?
