this has to be a joke.
You can't really be serious about the terms you mentioned.
"No refund will be provided incase of a fail unless, you pay me and i fail 3 times in a row in which case I'll provide a refund on the last 2 orders"
You clearly state you have 100% success rate but if somehow you "fail" no refund will be provided?
Tip: Change that 100% to 80%, you're also not going to get customers if you're not going to provide a refund for a failed attempt.
I also understand that ubereats refund within 1-2 business days, but they will email you letting you know if they are able to refund or not.
Refunder's usually take the payment after the refund is done, not before.
