I don’t appreciate you posting the video publicly.

A lot of misinformation in this thread so I’ll clarify. I was never told to use my real name nor was I ever told to not do anything with the account. All I asked was if fresh acc was okay and he said yes it’s okay. Then he confirmed the name when he was transferring the points, literally read it out to me and said okay? And I’m like yeah it’s the correct account. Not only did he read the name back to me, he didn’t warn me about anything. I have emails with the person I intended to sell to, the account was frozen before anyone even logged in, if you doubt this you can call and ask when the account was frozen, it was the same day points were added. He’s lying about warning me, I was never told about anything. Air Canada let’s you book tickets under other peoples names, I.e separate from account holder name so I assumed regardless of the account holder name I could book flights, or at the worst I could redeem the points for egifts. Regardless of this, I had called in and explained situation, and they let me change the details to match the ID and I sent in ID that matched the account details exactly. I have the screenshots of the chat send to Lucas, he can confirm I was not warned of anything. He claims it’s different logins with IP etc, yet he was the one who had to login multiple times from a different location. No they did not stop replying to me after I sent in fake id, a blatant lie. Air Canada does not do emails, I have never received email correspondence from support ever. It is only phone calls, and I am not recording 15 hours of phone calls. I got that clip because I thought it was pretty evident that the lady was explaining that the account was locked due to points. It’s been almost a month that I’ve been on this wild goose chase, I want either points or a refund.

Lucas, if you wish I have pictures of the entire chat start to finish, I can show you that I was never warned of anything, when I explained my issues he just started ghosting me. It takes 3 days sometimes to get like a short response from him. I asked him many things because it was my first time buying and he never once warned me or told me acc could get locked. In fact I contacted some of his other buyers and they told me their accounts have been locked in the past too.

why can't I see the conversations then? make a group since on telegram it's easy to delete the chats and make it look like something else. And yeah I did warn you about using that vulgar name with some random words in them, and u said u were asked for KYC and you sent them and you said they haven't responded to you after that. and no I never logged in with multiple locations in your account first of all, make a group chat on tele with Lucas and let me see what u sent him as chats, since I am not even sure if it's my chat at this point or not. 

yeah obv I ghost you when you don't have anything concrete. Yeah, send the chats to me too along with Lucas. I told him already just get the points reversed from where they came from ill refund too, if that's the case.

Companies NEVER tell you the exact reason for the closure of accounts, because that would give fraudsters the insight on how to avoid closures in future instances. It's impossible to know if the account was closed due to your point transfer or due to name changes. You are asking for evidence that cannot be provided because it needs confirmation from a third party that may or may not give that confirmation. 

If YOU have no evidence that the ban was NOT caused by the point transfer, which is something you claim can be easily obtained, you can provide it. Otherwise, it's simply your word against his. There is no conclusive evidence to confirm without a doubt that the ban was caused by him changing the name or providing an ID that they deemed fraudulent. And they will NEVER tell you the real reason for the account closure. As simple as this. Every company in the world works in the exact same way. They won't give you insight on how to bypass their security. 

If you don't want to get evidence that supports your claim (that he himself, alone, blocked the account) then you can either refund him or replace the points with strict conditions on a new account (conditions =  he has to use his real name, and perform the reservation using his name) 

 

As for the claim that ''this never happened before'' I dont know what you mean, I witnessed accounts being closed before points were used on 1 or 2 transactions I mmed for you, I guess you mean on this specific website and if so, your basis to claim it never happened before is too small (this could be the first time, that means it happened once) you can't just deny something being a possibility just because it never happened to you before that instance. 

So as you said that they don't reveal anything, he is saying that the account is locked due to points and I am saying the account is locked because of the name change and fake ID. 

and you are saying only I have to prove that it's not because of my point, well then the same goes for him too then he has to prove that it's not cuz of his name change and a fake ID. 

And companies do tell that, as far as you have mm'ed for me, ill like to remind you of the chat with bilun167#6043 on discord where he bought the points from me, and the points were reversed and sent back to where they came from, then I refunded him they did also tell him that they couldn't verify the source when we called. The same happened with another user with Turkish airlines when he wasn't able to book tickets he called and they told him the reason and he kyced another user who wanted to book a flight using the account and they booked his ticket. I can give his discord # too you mmed for him too for my service. 

And you said "exact reason" on the call she didn't give out any reason. So basically you are saying the possibility of everything is possible right, it also possible that he messed with the account and kyc procedure which can also lead to account closure.? since its about possibility. 


I witnessed accounts being closed before points were used on 1 or 2 transactions I mmed for you  (not multiple account just one case)
 
in this part the points were reversed I refilled again and it got reversed again and then I refunded the client. Because it was see-through that it was because of my transfers.
