Additional Information: I paid 10$ for a RDP. He provided me and lied me on the RDP provider.. He told me its not rented to OVH but it was..
Anyway it's not that the problem, since 4 days ago, he blocked me, kicked me out of his server and since this date he did not contact me...
Of course the RDP is not working anymore, so he just took away my 10$ basicly
