You’re the developer, you should help your customers out. You sold me this and now saying for some reason does not have internal api.
You said you will help out but naah u didn’t.

There's no internal API, however the "broken" upgrader.php page on your website (which is not actually broken, but either lacks the database connection or the PHP script itself) makes us think that the website might have been ripped. With that said, we are not siding with anyone and we are letting the staff take any further decision.

What exactly makes you think he stole it from you? 

The script has not been stolen, it has been sold by @TimHortons without authorization or approval. We are currently wait for OP's proof of purchase and conversation with the seller.
