Additional Information: So he contacted me on discord regarding an exchange. He told me he has 13k which needs to be exchanged for his new car, i told him that wouldnt be an issue.

He didnt felt safe at first and we've done a $500 trade (I was going first) and everything went smooth. After the $500 transaction was done, i sent him another $1000 which he replies with "i need to call paypal to check if you didnt carded", i told him everything was legit and he still kept denieng it. He told me afterwards since its night for him, he would need to do it in roughly 12h. I agreed to that and 16h later he still says he is contacting paypal.

In my opinion he has 2 choices right now, either send the BTC or refund the money on paypal. ASAP
