How is FUCK:YOU a mistake or an issue with the product? it seems like a total scam and to be honest I would just make a scam report if that happened to me. Not really something you must blame him for. 

 

Unless you are trying to imply this was not intentional or that it was intended by him to ruin your reputation? Otherwise I don't see the point of your response. 

 

Regardless I'd just focus on fixing the issue (by giving him the key he should have received from his purchased key)

Hi @Lucas, I've actually edited to explain why it shows that, because when developing the website i simply just put that as i think the only people would use wrong code would see that, but please read my edit

I've clearly stated in my product if there's any issue just tell me in discord, however I receive no contact attempt at all from this guy and all i get is a negative feedback.

Upon checking on his order, it also show that he has redeem the key, I keep logs of all redemption use on my website, I can also proof to admin privately why all my keys are always fresh and usable the moment they redeem, last thing is if he sees the "FUCK:YOU" code that's because anyone who use a wrong redeem code, or use a used redeem code, or any invalid code that will be shown. That might include that he redeem the key and accidentally or refresh the page, which post empty key to server. BUT ANYWAY THE SERVER ALREADY SHOW HIM THE CODE AS SEEN IN LOG.
