It's been said time and time again that personal ToS aren't always held true and most of the time are useless when sellers try to sneak in something like "Even if I don't deliver your order, no refunds"

I don't technically have a ToS as I was just enforcing the Nulled forum rules, not my own.

There is a Q&A section on sales thread that states sharing isn't tolerated and an article in my support section on website.

I'm not trying to enforce my own ToS, just Nulled's own rules.

It would be wise of you to not respond on scam report threads that you're not directly involved with in the future but you can learn that the hard way.
