I bought a 35 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate upgrade from kenixx yesterday. I paid him $ 45
After paying for it on his shop https://sellix.io/kenix
he tells me that Paypal charges him fees and that he will refund me and that I have to pay in F&F payment, which I did.
Once paid, he tells me that I will receive my account within a few hours.
Not having this news 6 hours later, I get back in touch with him and ask him when he will provide me with the account.
He tells me that his supplier is not available and that I will have the account in 12 hours maximum.
14 hours later, still no news, I contacted him and asked for a refund if he could not do the account upgrade .
He tells me that he has already paid for it and that the refund is not possible.
He also tells me that on the account, I will only see 13 months, but that I will have 35, which is false.
He ends up admitting to me that he can no longer do the 35 months.
I ask him again for a refund, he tells me that it is not possible because he has already paid, and that he will make me 13 months (without asking me if I was okay) with that, for 20 $. He tells me that he will provide me with the account within an hour maximum.
Not having much choice, I accept on condition that he provides me with the account within the hour.
So he reimburses me $ 25 of the $ 45 I paid.
Then he tells me that I will have the account in 24 hours, which is not acceptable.
The seller therefore sells products that he cannot offer (on his shop we always see that he offers 35 months), makes believe that he sells you 35 months when there are only 13, and he does not respect the deadlines he announces, always seeking to gain time.
And he sells things that don't match the original purchase without asking if the buyer is okay with it.
The seller asks me not to open a scam report, telling me that he is not a scammer, and that I will receive my account in 24 hours.
I have a copy of all the exchanges that we have had and I can therefore manifest what I say at the request of the modos.
