- Where can I find the most HQ Proxies for free?

- If I buy proxies can I only use them once or how long will i be able to use them for?

- Where should I buy proxies that are HQ but cheap? (Very low on money)

- How many proxies should I use or have?

(All these questions are regarding a subway config I have since I'm getting like 2 hits per day with the proxies I have.)
