Additional Information: wanted to exchange 370$ pp to 360$ btc , i sent the money first and paypal put the money on hold - he told me to wait a few mins till he comes back and if it doesn't go through he will refund. here we are , 24h after he is online and doesn't answer on discord.

Additional Information: So , i bought this e-book from this man. I tried to setup it by my own , failed and it's not very explicit. I asked  for help , the seller said he's not home , waited a few hours , then one more hour just to tell me to get something ( i don't want to leak anything from the e book so i won't say what ) , and then after i got that ( which i knew how to ) , he said to read the e book . LOL. also from what i know you can't create your own TOS. If i need to give more informations tell me.
