Just told her I bought 3, and one was dried out. It’s a sugar scrub so it’s possible.

First off, these dog beds are soft af. I would 10/10 sleep on it myself


Just told them that it arrived soaking wet (this seems to work for things like this). They will ask for POP, if you contacted amazon... I sent gen amazon receipt, told them yes but since I threw it away they wouldn’t let me refund/return it (duh).

If they ask why you trashed it, I said because of a possibility for mold. Which could happen if it actually arrived wet lol

I don’t think this has been posted but I apologize if it has.

I hopped on live chat with them and told them that I purchased 4 boxes of their 12 pack on Amazon and sent a generated Amazon receipt. These bars are $25/pack (12 in each pack). I told her that 2 out of the 4 packs I purchased were like they have been left out days, and that I’m on a low carb diet and have been using these forever.. blah blah. A couple minutes after chat ended I receieved an email saying my “order” has been placed.

I searched Ebay for the date and codes she asked for.
