We got a USA Revolut and it stopped working (got banned), according to BoomCat it's because we tried to deposit via card. We had no idea that this is a problem, therefore we wanted a replacement of the same account. After days of trying to get him he finally responded and claimed that he's trying to get a US account with no success, so we can get a different country instead. After waiting a bit more time on our side to see if he can manage to get one, we decided to go with Germany. A couple of hours later he said that he has a US account for us and we can use it instead, but after weeks of trying to get that account he didn't respond at all, which made me open this scam report.
I'm not interested in doing business with BoomCat anymore, therefore I think it's fair to want a refund instead of a replacement after everything I had to go through. Revolut accounts are the core of my business, and not having one really hurts my business, therefore I was forced to buy another one from a different community to make money. I'd be more than happy with a simple refund.
