More time passes, he doesn't do anything, we don't do anything and assumed he figured his shit out by him saying "I guess it only works when spread by a link"
We had already explained to him sending by email was risky.
Suddenly, AFTER THE EXAM PERIOD it magically no longer works and he is needing a refund.
There are a few things I suggest have happened
1. He got what he wanted before the exam and now is trying to make his money back
2. He wasted too much time, missed the exam and it is now our fault somehow
3. He pussied out and wants his money back
The file was tested when we sent the first and second time, he broke his own file by I'm assuming sending by email.
Don't know how this is our fault as we're not responsible for his actions.
When did he ever state that it worked? as the customer said, he got tired of waiting for an response and when he had time he was gonna make a scam report. Also funny how you say after handing over the files its the customers responsibility for the detection of the files. That's the worst TOS ever, so within seconds of the customer getting the files it got detected, no refund? new stud still don't work now what? Also idk what your trying to say but the customer clearly stated he didnt even get to emailing it to anyone, he's simply just downloading it on his own machine and its getting picked up right away.
