All this "shell" does is route linux commands to the box they're being hosted on.

You can call one of those shell with " Whoami " and the return will be Linux box host, the thing you need to know is sheer amount of commands going through them, they use trial and error for SQLI so they're easily noticed, they cant be developed any other way, these commands are listed on the server and are noticed very easily, when you send requests from SIB probably the owner will notice it, and will clean his host, if he do so, the shell gonna be dead.

so its kind of Hard to say when shells gonna be dead.

More commands = more traffic = easily noticed.
