Please respond on your server. My ticket was unexpectedly closed by one of the managers quoting that I was unresponsive (I wasn't. My old discord account got termed), and it contained proofs, etc., about the money I sent 100% upfront for the whole project. The project has been being worked on for months at this point; I am definitely unhappy with the service and the slow response by the management and shenanigans of that kind where my ticket gets closed, which contained all my requirements and other stuff since now it would be my word against devs in case of any disputes, worst-case scenario.
What do you mean, please respond? We already responded. Why are you making such a big deal about this, it's unfortunate, and we are sorry that one of our managers deleted your ticket, but you don't need to prove anything, your work will still be completed as normal.
