None of the sellers I have checked out mentions anything about using HG proxies in order to get hits. They all talk about how good and private the combos are.
Many have complained that the first list is shit and the other one is better. Hmmm.. Why always send a shitty combo list first and hope that they won't complain or open a scam report. Why is @Predix insulting the members with "retard" and other words. "Kids" is not one but, it suggest that HE knows everything and like @Lucas said, the fault for no hits is always because of the retarded kids (members/buyers) according to him.
All the sellers should stop sending shitty combos in the first place. Put more info on your pages about need for HQ proxies. Send good combos the first time. Stop insulting each other. Problems can be resolved without insults and negative reputation. What sites NOT to expect any or few hits. Some are very hard to get hits on. Not every member knows that. Some buyers thinking a bought combo = 1000+ hits on EVERY site.
Buyers. Don't believe everything one writes on the page. You will always read same words. Best, private, guaranteed hits, cheap. It's marketing baby. Sometimes you don't get what you paid for because you have high hopes and believe every word.
