Looks like other people here have been SCAMED, I do not think he should just refund, because he DID scam, and knowinly still bumped his thread even if his tool isnt working, for ever.

Selling a Fornite Hack, apparently it was Paid Promotion according to one of his Post.

But then the Owner started to Scam, Should that make MAX, responsible for this, what do you guys think.

If a user gets Scammed should he be responsible and have to pay back?
