Additional Information: Bought a Fitbit Versa SE from him was planning on getting one done seeing how it went then a second so we had agreed to $50 for 2

I paid with paypal and after a few days he told me the address had been blacklisted so i asked him to try a different one and he didn't for 2 days due to a misunderstanding i guess at that point it had been 5 days with no news so i messaged him asking for a refund cause it says in his "faw" after 72 hours you are entitled to ask for a refund and you can see the rest in the chat images above. 

He also about 5 minutes after i said i would open a Scam report deleted my tickets meaning if i hadn't taken screenshots a few minuted earlier i would have no proof that's also the reason one screenshot is from my phone i still had the chat open on there but i was kicked after checking the screenshot i had taken.

Also recently after this Scam report he changed his "faq" from this: https://imgur.com/a/HQeNjPF to this: https://imgur.com/a/duP8Goz then went offline.

Don't care about address being shown it was a places i'm only staying at for the next week or two anyway.
