Every time I try to create a new account using fresh phone numbers even new card + VPN my account gets some kind of ban.

I can create the account and do everything as regular until I try to pay for the order then I get a msg saying that this account dosn't allow coupons or  that I need to try other payment method.

This happens with every account / card i try and even without disounts.

 

Any idea? 

Did you found fix ? They somehow connected my accounts even if i make order on new account everytime (new phone, new email, new VCC (revolut disposable) and a new ip).

They told me that i won't get refund because it happens to often.

I see a lot of threads talking about this everyday and when i opened everyone says its not allowed. Literally one thread below me is "HELP AMAZON REFUND" and he got 10 normal answers and no one said anything.
