Before considering to move you should prepare following steps:

Stay abreast of foreign financial affairs. You will have to employ a financial expert to guide you, but it’s no use if you don’t know what they’re talking about.
Read the Financial Times, watch world news channels and read up online to ensure you gain a proper understanding of the market.
Of course you can't move right now because of Corona... This is an important decision and you should take your time for it anyways.
