Instructions:

• Download file from: Cold Turkey Blocker (4.4)
• Install the soft.
• Close Cold Turkey Blocker and every process related to it (you can use ProcessHacker).
• Copy the .db file, and paste it in "C:\ProgramData\Cold Turkey".
• Enjoy.

Download and VT:

It is a .db file, does not need VT.
