Lucas, its end of the season so rank reset will happen, and they reset to lower ranks like platinum something like that. To get rank allotment you have to play five competitive matches.

 

Edit: Its hard-to-get ascendant account in new season because season started only 5 days ago

Edit - I don't have Ascendant skills which is why I bought this account in the first place. 
Also if the seller would've delivered the account when I bought it and when I started DM'ing the seller and also when I made the ticket then everything would've been good. 
But no. I had to make a scam report about the seller to get an answer from him. Apparently that's how you now get answers from these guys.

Yes. I have to play 5 matches for the account to be ranked again. 
I will not get Ascendant off it even thought I play 5 matches. 

Play one game and you will get Ascendant , also isn't better if its inactive for you

You don't even realize that it's 5 Matches it's a hard reset from Riot at every Episode. 

The account is Unranked and not Ascendant. It has been Ascendant last act and now it's not Ascendant anymore.
