Are you literally trying to make one from scratch? or are you just looking for one of the many XMR miners and make it FUD? 

Refunding one is very easy, never heard of anyone SE'ing one

Apple is a one time thing per address. They usually investigate depending on method of refund.

I would say you do not want to double dip them as you can really open a sticky situation with apple by doing so.

But if you do not get scared, can handle stress and have some balls and are ready for investigations, address blacklisting, and police reports than go for it, but its usually never worth it.
