Essentially needing a service to deposit upwards of 650,000k to a wallet type service where the money could be withdrawn to a bank over the course of 1 year with the least amount of taxes/fees applied to the transactions, and the currency cannot be a volatile currency. 

So far the best solution seems to be "tether".

As this decade is coming to a close, I'm sure we've all had copious amounts of fond memories looking back through the years encompassed by it.
