Despite my numerous attempts to contact to the seller, seller replies to KOZMO but to none of our tickets. I know KOZMO looks like on my side here, but having the service open, getting the money from me(The BTC was sent to KOZMO) and not holding any collateral from @ZIZ it is not my responsibility and this makes KOZMO as responsible as ZIZ.
